Stockley Farm welcomes schools to come and visit during term time. The day differs slightly to that of public visits as the day is structured and may be altered according to the age group of children and any special requirements you may have. We offer 10% discount to all schools.

Stockley farms friendly staff will always be on hand to make your day run smoothly and to answer any questions you may have. We also have teacher packs available for continuing work in the classroom.

The National Association of Farms for Schools

Farms for Schools Facilities Charter:

Sufficient Car / coach parking facilities
Undercover facilities for wet weather
Randomly inspected by the association
Display Charter to the public.

Farms for Schools – Codes of Practice:

Registered with local Health and Safety Executive and Environmental Health Office.
Posses Public Liability and appropriate Employers Liability Insurance.
Toilet and Hand Washing facilities in accordance with HSE Guidelines (HSE Information Sheet No. 23 Avoiding ill health at open farms – Advice to teachers).
Regular attention to animals by Veterinary Surgeon
