What information to have at hand
When you are ready to place your order it helps us immensely and will save you time, if you have your order prepared in advance. Please make sure that you have the following information to hand:
Your delivery address, postal address (if different), phone number, and email (if you have one);
For each product, the product description;
Your means of payment. We take cash or cheques.
Please note that we have fixed delivery times. For more information please read our home delivery and box scheme delivery page.
By Phone
You can phone us on 01565 777492 Monday to Friday. If nobody is available to take your call please leave your name and contact number on the answer phone and we will call you back as soon as possible or at a time you specify. N.B. please do not leave your order on the answer phone.
During the day if all our lines are busy you may receive the overflow answer phone. Just leave your name and number and we will get back to you straight away or at a time of your choosing. N.B. please do not leave your order on the answer phone.
By Fax
Our fax number is 01565 777501. Please always include your full contact details on the fax, i.e., name, contact address, delivery address (if different), phone number, fax number and email if you have one. We can supply you with free pre-printed order forms for your convenience - just quote code ORD on your order or your can down load a pdf version here.
By email
Please email us at , we will send you a brief reply to confirm that we have received your order. Please note there are a number of security issues with email and we prefer you to send your order as plain text in the body of the email. For full details please see our email ordering page.
By post
We do not recommend you send your order by post due to the slow speed and increasing unreliability of the postal service. If you do still want to send your order by post please allow plenty of time for it to arrive. Please would you also clearly write the word ORDER on the front of the envelope and send it to:

We do not currently offer an ordering facility on this website but we are considering the idea. If you would like to be able to place your order via this website please let us know at or by phone, fax or post. In the meantime please email your order to us.
